The grinding temperature of the super-hard cutting blade is low, which can greatly improve the surface quality of the workpiece to be processed, avoid cracks, burns, and tissue changes in the parts; extended, so that the comprehensive economic indicators can be improved. The superhard cutting blade has less wear, long service life and high grinding ratio. Under the condition of reasonable use, good economic effect can be obtained, especially for materials that are difficult to process with ordinary abrasives, the economic effect is better.

In fact, the hardness of the cutting disc is the main characteristic that determines the performance of the abrasive. Superabrasives have extremely high hardness, so they can process various high-hardness materials, especially materials that are difficult to process with ordinary abrasives. For example, diamond abrasives are used to process cemented carbide, ceramics, agate, optical glass, semiconductor materials, stone, concrete and other non-metallic materials and non-ferrous metals; cubic boron nitride abrasives are used to process tool steel, die steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant Alloys, etc., especially when processing ferrous metals such as high vanadium high-speed steel, can achieve satisfactory processing results.
